San Antonio Annual Meeting:

• Budget- The meeting will follow the previous years’ budget.  As details of any

    reimbursement policies and registration forms are finalized, it will be announced.

• Meeting- the tentative schedule: 6/20/08 Friday night mixer. 6/21/08 Saturday

    morning meeting and campaign speeches.  Saturday afternoon social outing. 

    6/22/08 Sunday morning meeting and elections.

• TJCCNA silent auction- At the meeting, we are thinking of having a silent auction

    that will help fundraise for TJCCNA.  However, this takes commitment from

    all 11 chapters to donate 1 item of at least $100 value.  How the donated funds

    will be used or dispersed is still up in the air…I need suggestions and help on how
